Registered Nurses - As Registered Nurse with St Monica Trust you'll coordinate and deliver high quality, evidence-based clinical and holistic care. You will role model your delivery of care and well-being to all care colleagues and will supervise the care team daily to ensure that people's dignity, equality, diversity and rights are promoted every day. Assessing and monitoring residents' clinical needs will be an important part of your role, applying clinical reasoning skills to each action. You'll make referrals to medical and multi-disciplinary specialists as required so appropriate care can be planned and implemented.
