Resilience

The session delves into our positive emotions, how aware we are of their power and the many benefits they bring to our health and wellbeing when we are. The session is interactive with colleagues able to share stories and experiences using a coaching approach, which is delivered with a nod to the coaching GROW model.

Jo Moffet, Organisational Development Business Partner Workforce & Organisational Development Directorate Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

Jo works at Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust and has done for the last 15 years.
She works within organisational development and supports colleagues in a variety of ways from direct training to consulting and supporting teams through organisational change to offering coaching and mentoring. She has led on  a number of projects, from embedding a coaching culture, through to a staff led appraisal process fostering wellbeing at its heart. She is currently supporting the Talent Management agenda. She loves her role as she gets to spend time with colleagues across the Trust and support them in the great work they do.
